The aforementioned processing of my personal data is carried out in order to consider my candidacy for filling open vacancies in "Techno Diasoft" LLC and, subsequently, in case of a mutual positive decision - in order to conclude with me an employment contract or a civil law contract for the performance of work and/or provision of services, to ensure compliance with laws and other normative legal acts, to ensure that "Techno Diasoft" LLC conducts its business activities, to enable auditing, financial and tax control of the activities of the Company, to provide the Company's employees with the opportunity to carry out audit, financial and tax control of the Company's business activities, and to monitor the Company's activities.

This consent is valid from the moment of sending the form on the Company's website until the moment of its withdrawal. This consent may be withdrawn by me by submitting a written application (withdrawal of consent) written to the General Director of the Company and sent to the Company's registered office by registered mail with return receipt requested or delivered personally against signature to an authorized representative of the Company. Processing of my personal data shall be terminated and destroyed within 2 months from the date of receipt by the Company of the written application (withdrawal) and/or in case the purpose of processing is achieved, and shall be destroyed within the period and under the conditions established by law, unless otherwise provided for.
The anonymized personal data may be used by the Company for statistical (and other research purposes, e.g. for analysis purposes, for informing (by SMS or e-mail) about the Company's products and services, as well as to perform any other actions taking into account the current legislation after receiving the application (withdrawal) of consent, as well as after achieving the purposes for which this consent was obtained. This website allows Techno Diasoft LLC to receive information containing personal data of candidates, namely name, surname, contact phone number, e-mail address, as well as other personal data that can be used to identify candidates, if the candidate voluntarily provides it to the Company, by filling out this form.
Any other information transmitted by the Person in connection with visiting the Site ("Other Information", which is not personal data of the Person and cannot be used to identify the Person) may be included in databases owned by Techno Diasoft LLC or their representatives. Techno Diasoft LLC retains all rights to these databases and the information stored in them. Other information that the Company collects may include my IP address and other information collected through cookies. This site may use a technology known as a cookie.
